Disease – Swamp Fever – Upon a successful bite attack, victims must make a successful Fortitude Save DC 15 or suffer from Swamp Fever. Swamp Fever has a one day incubation time, and deals 1d4 temporary Con damage per day.
Water Breathing – Constant effect, the Hag can breathe in both air and water.
Horrific Appearance – Activated at will 3 times per day. Those within a 30 ft radius who look directly at the Hag must make a Fortitude Save DC 12 or suffer 1d4 temporary strength damage. Successful saves last until the next day. Vomiting ensues
Charm Person – At will, as 6th lvl Druid (DC 18). Effect lasts 5 hours. Willpower saves negate.
Alter Self – the Hag takes the form of a nymph 3 times per day. Disbelief in the illusion is the result of a successful Will save DC 18.
Mimicry – at will, the Hag can imitate any sound it knows, including voices. (Bluff +4 when mimicing)
Spell like abilities – At will, the Hag casts Dancing Lights, ghost sounds, pass without trace, and tongues (all DC 18 spell saves) as a first level sorcerer?
Lore: Swamp Witches, or Swamp Hags, are Fey native to the swamps and marshlands of Ziamah. Antagonistic to the Dryads and Nymphs in the region, Swamp Witches will often attempt to mimic both in order to dominate, decieve, or destroy them. Swamp Witches are mainly nocturnal. Travelers in Ziamah are advised to beware falling off the main road, for Witches have been known to lure in people, charm them, and then rape or kill and devour them.
